The Unemployment Appeals Clinic publishes a guidebook to give both students and clients a good overview of the entire Unemployment Insurance hearing procedure. Copies are distributed during student training as well as during Monday night clinic sessions. Here is a copy of the guidebook in .pdf format available for download (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
